About the clinic

Ellie Skin & Laser is a skin care and laser treatment clinic. The treatments offered on this website are provided by trained practitioners at the clinic, and every treatment plan begins with an assessment of your skin and your goals.

Bookings and appointments

Appointments can be booked online through this website. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation on screen or by email. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time so we can prepare for you.

If you arrive significantly late, we may need to shorten your treatment or move it to another time so that other clients are not kept waiting.

Consultations and suitability

Some treatments are not suitable for everyone. We may decline to carry out a treatment — or recommend a different one — where our assessment indicates it would not be safe or effective for you. A recommendation against a treatment is a professional judgement made in your interest, and it does not create any entitlement to a refund of a consultation that took place.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown on the pricelist pages of this website and are confirmed before any treatment begins. Prices may change from time to time; the price that applies to you is the one agreed when your appointment is booked.

Payment is due at the clinic unless you use the online payment page, in which case the amount charged is the one you enter and confirm. Where a course of treatments is recommended, we will agree the total with you in advance.

Cancellations and rescheduling

We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or move an appointment, so that we can offer the slot to someone else. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a charge or in us asking for a deposit on future bookings.

Aftercare

Part of every treatment is the guidance we give you afterwards. Following aftercare instructions is a condition of getting the best possible result, and it helps us help you quickly if anything unexpected happens.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to that, our liability in connection with any treatment or with the use of this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to a booking is the one published at the time the booking is made. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
