Accessibility statement.
We want everyone to be able to use this website and to feel welcome at the clinic. This statement describes how accessible the site is, what we are working on, and how to tell us if something gets in your way.
Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across the website, and we treat accessibility as part of everyday work rather than a one-off project.
What is built in
The site is structured with proper headings and landmarks, so screen readers can move around it quickly.
Everything can be operated with a keyboard alone, and interactive elements have visible focus.
Text sizes and colour contrasts are designed to remain readable when zoomed or when colours are adjusted.
Animations respect your system’s reduced-motion preference, and the layout adapts from phones to large screens.
Content is available in English with full support for right-to-left languages where offered.
Known limitations
Some older content and some third-party widgets may not yet meet the full standard. Where we find a gap we fix it as part of our normal updates, prioritising anything that blocks a booking or a payment.
Feedback
If you spot an accessibility problem, or need any content in a different format, please contact the clinic. We aim to respond promptly and to fix confirmed issues as quickly as we can.
Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our response, the Equality and Human Rights Commission enforces accessibility regulations in Great Britain, and you are also entitled to raise the matter with them.
